Quartz fiber felt is produced from 3-5 or 9-14 microns quartz fiber wool that is impregnated with an organic binder. It offers excellent thermal insulation, high temperature resistance, and chemical inertness. Commonly used as insulation material in high-temperature applications such as furnaces, kilns, and industrial equipment. It effectively retains heat, reduces energy loss, and maintains stable operating temperatures in various industrial processes.
