UHMWPE Super Fine Fiber (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene superfine fiber) is a high-performance synthetic fiber made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene through a gel spinning and ultra-drawing process, which aligns molecular chains to achieve extremely high strength.

It is characterized by an exceptionally high strength-to-weight ratio, very low density (approximately 0.97 g/cm³, allowing it to float on water), and excellent resistance to chemicals, abrasion, and impact. In its superfine form, the fiber has a smaller filament diameter and lower denier, making it softer, more flexible, and easier to process into high-density woven structures.
